Long before business, consulting, and creative work, Briana was the kind of person who wanted to understand how things worked.
She observed.She questioned.She experimented.
That curiosity eventually found its way into writing, design, sports, leadership, and business, shaping the multidisciplinary approach she carries today.
Consistent with honors
This was where her interests began to overlap: writing, competition, discipline, and creativity.
The foundation for the disciplines she would bring together: sports, journalism, academics, and leadership.
Where it all connected.
College became the space where Briana's different interests started coming together. Instead of choosing just one, she learned to work across all of them.
During her time with the organization, she led teams, managed projects, directed creative work, handled communications, and contributed to the development of succeeding board members.
Her work expanded from writing into publication design, creative direction, branding, and production. She also worked on branding and merchandise projects for multiple organizations and teams.

Sports became one of the strongest environments where she developed discipline, leadership, teamwork, and culture-building.
The question that followed her:
“How does this work?”
And eventually
“How can I make this work better?”
What started as curiosity became a habit of looking at systems, processes, people, and problems from different perspectives.
Over time, those experiences shaped the way Briana approaches work: with curiosity, creativity, structure, and a constant desire to understand how the pieces connect.
